# Mini Accountant

> Invoicing and bookkeeping app for sole proprietors, freelancers and small businesses. It covers invoices to customers and the payments against them, expenses, and the VAT and income tax that follow from both. Every foreign-currency amount is converted into the business currency at the rate of its own date. Free on iPhone, iPad, Android and the web, in 34 languages.

Key facts:

- Platforms: iOS and iPadOS (App Store), Android (Google Play), and the web at https://miniaccountant.app. One account syncs across all of them.
- Price: every feature is free. An optional Pro subscription only removes the "Powered by Mini Accountant" line from invoices and reports.
- Invoices: PDF invoices in the customer's currency, with two templates, a header colour and a signature per customer. Invoice numbers are sequential and never reused.
- Payments: full and partial payments, tax withheld by the customer, and statuses Unpaid, Partial and Paid.
- Tax: the tax base is income or income minus expenses, on a cash or accrual basis, with a single rate or a progressive table. The business can be VAT registered or not, and reverse-charge VAT is supported on expenses.
- Reports: seven PDF reports for any period, covering revenue, payments, invoices, expenses and VAT by month.
- AI: a built-in assistant, the Telegram bot @ai_mini_accountant_bot, and a remote MCP server at https://mcp.miniaccountant.app/v1beta (OAuth 2.1). All of them work on the same account data.
